We are pleased to inform you that FaMe TN, MSME Department, Govt. of Tamil Nadu with the support of FIEO will be organising an International Buyer Seller Meeting (RBSM) – B2B on 11th and 12th January, 2025 at Chennai Trade Centre as a part of the Global Tamil Diaspora Day event were in Tamil businessmen settled across the globe is being invited as sponsored delegate to participate in this event.

Under this hosted buyer program, the visiting buyers will be provided the following:  
  • Reimbursement of To and Fro Economy Class Air Ticket form their nearest Airport to Chennai to attend the Buyer Seller Meet (to reach 10th January and return 12th January. Reimbursement as per approved country slab will be given by Cash USD at the venue on submission of copy of the copy of Air ticket, copy of the invoice towards airfare paid, boarding pass & passport copy)
  • 2 Nights Hotel Stay at Chennai in Five Star category Hotel (Check-in Time in Hotel is 2.00pm & Check-out 12.00pm).
  • Visiting buyers’ responsibility is to attend scheduled Meetings with Indian counterparts related to your line of business. Details of the same will be shared with you well in advance for enable you to establish contacts before you reach Chennai.

On receipt of confirmation received form our side for joining the program, selected buyers are expected to book their air ticket as soon as they receive officials’ confirmation from FIEO and share the copy of Passport and Ticket details for enable us to make Hotel reservation, as most of the hotels will be running full during this time.
