Applications are accepted between 1000 hrs and 1230 hrs from Monday to Friday except on holidays by prior appointment only at the counter of the Embassy of India, 215, Chausse de Vleurgat, 1050, Brussels. Embassy of India, Brussels has introduced an "online appointment system". Applicants can use this system to book an appointment with Embassy of India, Brussels for Passport, OCI and Consular Services. Link given below for ready reference:

Delivery of documents is between 1600 hrs and 1645 hrs at the counter of the Embassy of India, 215, Chausse de Vleurgat, 1050, Brussels.
India Visa Applications: AllVisa applicants (other than those from Embassies, EU institutions, UN organisations etc.) should submit their visa applications at the Embassy of India (215, Chaussee de Vleurgat, 1050 Brussels) office from 10 hrs to 1230 hrs, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
