The Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), supported by the Government of India, will host the 25th Silver Jubilee edition of Indiasoft 2025: International IT Exhibition & Conference from 19 - 21 March 2025, in New Delhi, India.
Indiasoft has a legacy of attracting over 50,000 business visitors and 1,500 exhibitors across various technology sectors. The 2024 edition featured innovations from 200+ startups and facilitated 3,347 pre-scheduled meetings, generating 5,300 inquiries, 606 MoUs, and USD 1,750 million in business transactions.
Indiasoft 2025 will showcase 1,500 technology companies in AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, Cyber Security, and more, with 200 startups, 50,000+ visitors, and 700+ overseas buyers from 80+ countries. It is a key event for the global electronics and IT community.

The event is supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme. Selected overseas delegates may be eligible for the Hosted Buyers Program, which provides assistance for qualified buyers with significant business potential.

Hosted Buyer Program for Countries in EUROPE/UK
Airfare:
Under the Buyer Sponsorship Program, selected delegates will receive reimbursement of upto US$ 550 towards economy class air fare expenses (actuals or US$ 550 whichever is lower - Example 1: If airfare is US$ 300 then only US$ 300 will be reimbursed. Example 2: If airfare is US$ 600 then only US$ 550 will be reimbursed) under the Program.

Complimentary Hotel Accommodation:
In addition to reimbursement of airfare, the selected delegates will be provided complimentary 3 night’s hotel accommodation.  The delegates have to reach New Delhi by 18th March 2025 and check out will be on 21st March morning 2025.
The selected delegates (one delegate per company) will be informed about their selection so that they can proceed to purchase their Return air tickets (economy class) to travel to New Delhi and back and share a copy with the event Team.  On receipt of copy of the ticket, ESC will issue invitation letter in favour of the delegate. The air fare will be reimbursed at the venue on 3rd day of the event i.e 21st March 2025.
Every selected delegate will be entitled to:-

  • Reimbursement of expenses towards air fare.
  • Complimentary 3 night hotel accommodation.
  • Business Meetings / Networking assistance at the exhibition
  • Complimentary Entry to the Exhibition
  • Complimentary Entry to the Conferences
  • Complimentary Networking evening

Note:
1. A participation fee of US$ 200 + GST 18% would be applicable per delegate.
2. Air fare reimbursement and complimentary hotel both are available on first-come-first-serve basis. Depending on the number of confirmations and availability of funds the delegates may be offered ticket only or hotel accommodation only or both.
